Founder & Product Formulator, MED OF STEEL
I know what it feels like to have a life you want to live—and feel like your body can’t keep up.
During perimenopause, my skin became extremely dry and was losing elasticity. My energy was depleted. Focus and mental clarity felt out of reach. Sleepless nights and miserable hot flashes left me exhausted before the day even began.
I wanted to feel like myself again. Strong. Clear-headed. Confident. Ready.
That desire drove me to learn. I took courses covering causes of hair loss, herbal recipes for aging skin, herbal lifestyle factors, and human diseases and disorders. My personal search for better everyday health became the inspiration behind MED OF STEEL.
We ask so much of our bodies. What are we giving them in return?
Busy schedules can push nutrition, sleep, and caring for ourselves to the bottom of the list. Yet we still expect our bodies to carry us through demanding days.
I wanted to make daily nutrition a simple, intentional part of life. That’s the idea behind our morning and evening powdered shots: mix with warm water, stir, and drink. A small routine that makes caring for yourself a priority.
For me, the goal has always been to feel better from within and feel confident on the outside. Energy. Focus. Healthy-looking skin. Strength for everyday life. Those are the priorities that inspired my work—not a promise that one product can do everything, but a reason to care about what we give our bodies every day.
My vision is to help people approach life with purpose and a “can-do” attitude.

My story began during perimenopause, but MED OF STEEL welcomes adults 18 and older, across different stages of life. With IGNITE, RESTORE, and RECOVERY, I’m building a brand that encourages people to invest in themselves and make informed choices about their daily nutrition.
